Reachly is operated by Zworks Technologies (SMC-Private Limited), registered in Pakistan. Our services include the Reachly mobile application and website at reachly.live.
By creating an account or using Reachly, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you are using Reachly on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
You may use Reachly only for lawful business purposes. You agree not to:
Reachly uses artificial intelligence to generate WhatsApp message suggestions. These suggestions are provided as-is and are for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated message before sending it. Reachly does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or legal compliance of AI-generated content for your specific use case.
Reachly offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. All prices are in USD. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
We offer a 14-day refund policy on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us at hello@reachly.live within 14 days of your payment and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
All payment processing is handled by Polar.sh, who acts as Merchant of Record. Reachly does not store your payment card information.
We offer a 7-day free trial on all paid plans. No credit card is required to start a trial on the mobile app. After the trial period, continued access to premium features requires an active paid subscription.
Your use of Reachly is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of all lead data and customer information you enter into Reachly. We do not sell your data to third parties.
All software, design, branding, and content within Reachly is owned by Zworks Technologies (SMC-Private Limited) or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of Reachly without our written permission.
Reachly is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zworks Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Reachly. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We aim to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability. We will endeavour to notify users of planned downtime in advance where possible.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@reachly.live. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and data — please export any important data before terminating.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of Reachly after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
