1. What information do we collect?

We collect information you provide directly to us:

• Account information: name, email address, company name, and password when you register
• Lead data: contact information and notes for the leads you add to Reachly
• Usage data: how you interact with the app, features used, and session information
• Device information: device type, operating system, and app version
• Push notification tokens for sending you lead follow-up reminders (optional)

We do not collect the contents of your WhatsApp messages. Reachly generates message suggestions that you send manually — we do not have access to your WhatsApp account or message history.

2. How do we process your information?

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Reachly service
• Generate AI-powered follow-up message suggestions using your lead context
• Send you follow-up reminders and notifications (if enabled)
• Respond to your support requests and communications
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the product
• Process payments for paid subscription plans

3. When and with whom do we share your information?

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: We use Supabase for database hosting, Anthropic for AI message generation, and Polar for payment processing. These providers have their own privacy policies.
• Team members: If you are part of a workspace, your manager can see your lead pipeline and activity within that workspace.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Do we offer AI-based products?

Yes. Reachly uses AI (powered by Anthropic Claude) to generate personalized WhatsApp follow-up message suggestions. To generate these messages, we send lead context (name, company, industry, deal stage, and your notes) to Anthropic's API. We do not send sensitive financial information or private contact details beyond what you explicitly enter.

AI-generated messages are suggestions only. You review and approve every message before it is sent via WhatsApp. Reachly never sends WhatsApp messages automatically on your behalf.

5. How long do we keep your information?

We retain your account and lead data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. What are your privacy rights?

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate personal data
• Delete your personal data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Object to or restrict certain processing

7. Do we use cookies?

The Reachly web dashboard (app.reachly.live) uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. How do we protect your information?

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest via Supabase, and row-level security policies to ensure users can only access their own data. Payment information is handled entirely by Polar and is never stored on our servers.

9. Children's privacy

Reachly is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the app. Your continued use of Reachly after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
